Joanna was instrumental to the purchase of me and my wife's first home. We were posted to Edmonton as part of the Canadian Armed Forces and decided to buy a townhouse despite a very short window and found Joanna listed on the BGRS third party realtors listings. Joanna went above and beyond ensuring that the properties we were interested in met standard and could be moved into despite our semi-unreasonable deadline. Joanna walked us through all the red tape involved with buying a house and was a stern advocate on our behalf. As an example she dug deep into some of the condo documents of some of the properties we were interested in and was able to find liabilities that without her help, we may not have noticed, and these could have cost us huge in the long term. She was very knowledgeable of the market and how to best to negotiate price and always gave sound advice. We felt the process went as smooth as it did mainly due to her help.
